  • Orders placed before 2pm AEST on Dec 24th will be dispatched same day. All orders placed after 2:00pm AEST on Dec 24th to Dec 29th will be dispatched on Monday 29th Dec.

  • All orders placed after 2:00pm AEST on Dec 30th to Jan 5th 2026 will be dispatched on Jan 5th 2026 (Monday - when we resume normal trade of business).

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Due to the high volume of parcels shipped across Australia between December & January.. delays are possible! To avoid any disappointment we recommend placing your order with Express Shipping to receive your purchase in a timely manner.     Urgent Dispatch orders must be paid before 11:00am EAST to be prioritised for early dispatch separately between roughly 11:00am - 1:00pm.

    Urgent Dispatch is sent with Aus Post Express service, however the package will be handed over asap, making earlier delivery runs/flights to your area, for the quickest time-frame possible!

    Express shipping with AUS POST is usually estimated at 1-3 business days, however many of our customers in metro area 's receive our shipments over night! HR Hair Collective is committed to providing our customers with a prompt & timely delivery for all online orders. We dispatch daily and offer same-day dispatch on all order placed before 2:00pm AEST and provide x3 dispatch options. 

  • URGENT DISPATCH EXPRESS (ETA: 1-2 Business Days for metro areas)
  • Express Shipping (ETA: 1 – 3 Business days) 
  • Standard Shipping ETA: (2 – 7 Business days)

  • Although HR Hair Collective takes the upmost care & attention to ensure your order is dispatched efficiently as possible, we can not take responsibility in the unlikely event of postage delays or any other form of delay/missing items once dispatch has been made once your is handed over to Aus Post for shipping.

  • HR Hair Collective ensures all products/items are dispatched in perfect retail condition, and can not take responsibility in the unlikely event that damage is caused while in transit with Aus Post or any loss/damage caused during or after delivery. 

Returns & Exchange Policy: 

At HR Hair Collective, our team understands that shopping online can be difficult at times, which is why we have developed an easy 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy.

  • If you would like to return/exchange a product it must be returned back to our office in all original packaging. As we sell human hair products, for health & safety reasons we can not accept any hair extensions & accessories back if it is not in the original packaging & condition, please ensure the silver bands that bound our extensions together have not been released & are still connected to the original packaging.

If you would like to return or exchange an order purchased, please follow the steps below;

  • Ensure your item has been purchased within the last 30 days ( Due to the nature of our products/items we can not accept any items for exchange or return passed the 30 days period of purchase
  • Ensure the product & product packaging is in it’s original & resalable condition
