HR Hair Collective is committed to providing our customers with a prompt & timely delivery for all online orders. We dispatch daily and offer same-day dispatch on all order placed before 2:00pm AEST and provide x3 dispatch options. 

• URGENT DISPATCH EXPRESS (ETA: 1-2 Business Days for metro areas)
• Express Shipping (ETA: 1 – 3 Business days) 
• Standard Shipping ETA: (2 – 7 Business days) 

We use Australia Post services for all orders, the above time frames are estimates, if you required more information on shipping & delivery info for your area, you can view this by heading to AUS POST DELIVERY INFO

All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of the following business day (Monday – Friday)

• Although HR Hair Collective takes the upmost care & attention to ensure your order is dispatched efficiently as possible, we can not take responsibility in the unlikely event of postage delays or any other form of delay/missing items once dispatch has been made once your is handed over to Aus Post for shipping. 
• If you would like to process an order with shipping insurance, this is possible by contacting our team on info@hrhaircollective.com BEFORE completing your order online. 
• HR Hair Collective ensures all products/items are dispatched in perfect retail condition, and can not take responsibility in the unlikely event that damage is caused while in transit with Aus Post or any loss/damage caused during or after delivery.
